It is usually not possible to upgrade the delivery once your parcel has been picked and packed and already labelled.

A despatch email is sent automatically once this has been done.

Delivery timelines are usually 1-2 days longer than stated in the table above

These are defined as Monday to Friday and excludes Bank Holidays.

Parcels are often delivered on a Saturday, but is ‘not regarded’ as working day by Royal Mail

All orders received before 4pm Mon-Fri (excluding Weekends and Public Bank Holidays) will be despatched on the same day, providing the goods ordered are in stock

Orders placed after 4pm will be processed on the next working day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will also be processed on the following working day.

Occasionally an item will be out of stock. When that occurs, the order will leave us when the item is back in stock. We will contact you to inform you of out of stock items and expected despatch day

Please check your tracking to see the location of the parcel.

Contact us if the parcel appears lost or stuck somewhere or if it says it has been delivered but that you have not received it

Please note we are aware of instances where Royal Mail marks it as delivered, but in fact the parcel doesn’t get delivered until the next day. Contact us in the case of any discrepancy so we can aim to investigate in a timely manner

The majority of orders are delivered within a few days.

From time to time in certain areas, Royal Mail’s network is affected by staff shortages due to to illness, strikes or bad weather, this can lead to unexpected delays

Delays also occur during peak season eg Christmas, when the volume of parcels is much higher than the rest of the year

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please report this to us straight away.

Royal Mail and other couriers only keep GPS tracking data for 7 days.

If an iitem has been mis-delivered, they will attempt to investigate by asking the specific delivery driver about it. The sooner they do this, the more likely it is that the driver will remeber anything about it.

For this reason any mis-delivered item must be reported within 7 calendar days of the marked delivery date.
**All queries received after this time frame will be rejected, and no further action can be taken

Royal Mail will only consider a package lost after 10 working days from dispatch.
We are unable to re-send your package free of charge until this period has elapsed.
If you cannot wait, then we can re-despatch the receipt of a new order. If the original one is then delivered we can arrange collection and then will refund for the first order once the parcel is returned back to us

After 14 days, we can dispatch another order without further payment, or you can opt for a refund. Please note however that if the original parcel is then subsequently delivered to you, payment will need to be made should you wish to keep the goods. Alternatively the parcel may be returned to us- please contact us to arrange a return

It is the customers responsibility to input the correct address at the time of placing the order. Please check your order confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if any amendments need to be made. We can not make any changes once the parcel leaves our premises.

If the wrong address is entered and the parcel is sent to the wrong location, e.g. an old address, it is the customers responsibility to retrieve the parcel / arrange re-delivery. We can assist you in this by attempting to liaise with the person who does receive the parcel if they contact us, but if they do not contact us or co-operate, we are limited in what we can do.
